• Access to the Blue and Black Slope sessions or Training Bar (workshop track) - this depends on your ticket type.

• Food: lightweight breakfast, an extensive lunch, snacks during the breaks and the networking session

• Drinks: coffee, tea and soda during the breaks + alcoholic beverages during the network session

Access to the ski slope is not included in the Winterfest ticket, neither is skiing or snowboarding equipment. The ski slope is open for everyone, it is not privatized for Winterfest, following the regular pricing and conditions of SnowWorld Antwerpen.

We will distribute the slideware after the event, in accordance with our beloved speakers. The sessions will not be recorded.

We and our partners welcome you at 08:00 for a lightweight breakfast and the first coffee of the day. Lunch will be between 12:00 and 13:00. During the day we foresee two coffee breaks. At 17:00 we finish the day with a drink and by drawing a winner for the raffle.

The speaker schedule will be published the first half of November.
